Made a pot of "Gringo chili" yesterday (it has beans and tomatoes, as opposed to the more authentic Chili Colorado that is cubed beef in a chili sauce).
Threw in a small bag of frozen white corn just for fun. Turned out great! Try a bit of frozen corn kernels in your chili next time. Adds flavor and color.
Also put a bit of frozen yellow corn in with my hash browns this morning. Tasty! Did it on a whim but now I'm thinking of doing it all the time.
My mind reels with the possibilities of adding frozen corn: meatloaf, stir-fry, turkey stuffing, scrambled eggs ....
(And noooooo ... I am NOT affiliated with the American Corn Council or some such organization!)
