Based on the mag capacity I would guess the caliber is 9mm.

oops...sorry,been busy. Its a 40.
I put some Federal 180g fmj in a 3 inch group at about 50 ft on the first 6 rounds thru it.
Wasn't trying to hold the pattern tight...just wanted to know about where it was on paper. Trigger is slick and I really like it so far.
