Cracked barrel

Hi all I'm new here so Hi..

I have a Spanish AYA Yeoman that I have just found a crack in the very tip of the left hand barrel. The crack is very fine and unless you were looking for it you might miss it..

Is my gun scrap? could it be repaired or is this not such a problem?

any help would be great :)

It depends. A competent gunsmith should be able to advise you of the extent of the problem and possible corrective action. Hope this helps. All the best...

If you don't have someone locally, you might look up Briley in Houston (not sure if I spelled that right).

I'm curious about this. How much of the barrel(s) would you lose if they were cut back to behind the crack?
