My Rem 700 BDL in 8mm Rem Mag has a Serial no. A6577946 could you tell me when it was produced?


The below link said that only 15.295 were produced in this model and I think some of them may have been rebarreled to the 7 mm Shooting Times Western.

I believe that would correspond to a 1980 build date.
