In my 44 years of reloading I have found burrs only in Remington Brass. I have never found any in Winchester,Federal,or old Dominion brass. So I do not deburr any brass except Remington.
Plus, they can be a little tough on sizer die decapping pins...ask me how I know! They can't be uniformed easily.
I've had some of those too..."I know I didn't pull that trigger!", and I think Jack Belk has encounter a few also, magic is the only explanation (maybe not, huh Jack?)!I like magical ignitions ...............![]()
Two things: 1) The brass manufacturers don't see any burr [that may exist] as any problem or impediment to cartridge performance. 2) The additional cost of the additional operation (likely would be more than $1.00 per box?) would be not acceptable to the consumer base as all competition would not do it, because it is "not required" saithe the manufacturer.Hay Don good question why not do it after punching the flash hole I would pay the extra $1.00 for them to do it
