Help with a prob of semantics, Can I glue, or basically join two pieces of buckshot together temporarily and have a slug as defined by most state game and fish folks??

Short answer is no. Glue would never hold, and two pieces of buck don't look anything like a slug.
Why in the world would you even consider this?

With BS illegal in my state for 410's and whitetails, just lookin for opinions to define slug. Only states "a large projectile", so with glue, really a drip of 50/50 soder, if it separates after leaving muzzle, is it still a slug?? My thought would be NO. And really heading toward loading some cost efficent PD loads, that is what brought this to mind. And THANKS for the thoughts.
