I used the Dura Coat Finish by Lauer Custom Weaponry. The procedure was simple and results very good. The problem I had is the material will disolve or melt plastic parts on the air-brush jar and damage the internal seals and gaskets of the airbrush. One airbrush was a "cheapie" at $45.00 External mix while the other airbrush was 4 times the price internal mix and had to be sent to factory for repair. Questiion is, has anyone else had the same results? Their site is www.lauerweaponry.com Pleas e-mail me at [email protected]

Regards, Bill

I would expect that a metal air brush that has had its o-rings replaced with Viton rings would do OK. I also notice Lauer has an airbrush they supply with some kits. Presumably they've checked that one out.
