I have used the .44-280g WFNGC extensively with H110.  I've found that near top loads with H110 give the most uniform performance.

These loads give excellent accuracy, while not being absolutely maximum in pressures.

BTB .432"-280g WFNGC/22.0g H110/WLPP/Rem Brass
BTB .432"-280g WFNGC/22.5g H110/WLPP/Rem Brass

I have taken these loads higher in charge weight, but accuracy seems to fall off as these charges are increased.

This should give you a great starting point.

Hi Spook,

I have a slightly different recipe for the same performance.  Last summer I got 2" 100 yard groups with a scoped SBH (and I'm not that good).  It goes 1300 fps out of a 7 1/2" and about 1240 fps out of a 5 1/2" barrel.  Pressure is no where near max.  It's;

280gr WFNGC .4315                                                  22.3gr H-110                                                            Starline brass
Fed 155 primer.

Hope this helps.

God Bless....................  Bill M
