This is a project I started about a year ago and hunted with last fall but I just textured the stock and blued the barrel/ muzzle break as well as mounted the scope with loctite so I count it as finised now. Its a Browning A-bolt Stainless Stalker action (left handed of course) with a Douglas XXX barrel finished off at 26". Its the original stock that I textured and added a Limbsaver pad to, and topped it off with an EGW rail and Burris Laserscope. I get about .97" groups at 100yrds with 250gr Speer form loads ( I havent even started the Barnes TSX loads with formed brass). I shot two elk with it last year, one at 420yrds and the other at 540yrds, both one shot kills. What do you guys think?!
