First of all you need ONLY air gun velocity to fire lap. I would use FIRED cases, unsized(deprime with a nail) and seat the bullet to touch the powder. I think the reason is lessen the chance for detonation. 5 grains Re7 will not give you 400 to 700 feet per second.
