I'm shooting Blackhorn 209 in my Accura with a CCI 209M primer. Can I use carburetor cleaner to clean the flash hole at the range by spraying directly in it with the breech plug still in the barrel? Would the carb cleaner hurt the barrel?

I would pull the plug before shooting carb cleaner into the breech plug. Another way is to take a guitar string and poke that through the hole. Some use welding tips or even drill bits. 209 likes to plug them breech plugs for some reason.

I would just take the plug out, hold it off to the side, shooting it, wipe it out clean and put it back. Besides, no telling what they stuff would do to the stock of your rifle should you miss and hit it.
