22.2 grain hard cast wax bullet (from lee 310 mold) standard or magnum winchester primer.

Excellent wax source, wifes votive candles if can be melted before she gets home.  Recommend hiding wick deep in trash, preferably under coffee grounds.  Please note, girly fragrances released during melting of candle, wife suspicions likely aroused if less than 15 minutes elapsed between melting and wife arrival.

Recoil - pleasant,  Average 5 year old can handle with practice.
Uses, june bug, grasshopper, other large hard shelled bugs.

Well...I'm glad to see someone just having "Fun" with their guns!!! May I make a suggestion...Take a few old hulls and drill out the flass hole to near the size of the primer hole...leave enough of a ridge for the primer to seat on. Buy some flat parafin. After priming the hulls (rifle primers are great)..stand them up and press the parafin down on them like a cookie cutter. You are ready! Take an old cardboard bow filled with crush newspaper for a back stop.
Makes a rainy ( snow) day fun! Ouside..try pieces of charcoal!
Best Regards from the Hammock....James

Now Matt I know you just love those girlie candle and are only making wax bullets out of them to partake in their fragrances.

You "Zah bic girlie mon!"

As Arnold would say.

Sounds like a lot of fun and a good idea.
