The story is pretty funny, but... I have spent several months in the area describes nearly every year for the past 10 or so, and its no place to be if you aren't prepared for the conditions that are prevalent during August, Septemberrr and Octoberrrr. A good lesson is described though. Proper gear and knowledge of the area you are hunting can make or break a hunt. If Sam hadn't been able to get back to his friend for another couple of days because of weather, this story may have had a much worse ending. Camping on a glacier is never a good idea, even worse when ill equipped. Fejes, as an outfitter and guide, should have known better, in my opinion.:mad:
