I've just gotten some 44 mag powder.
W296, it's in the old metal cans...so it's quite a few years old...and I know that even though nowadays the data for 296 and H110 are the same...they are not the same for the older stuff.

Does anybody know where I can get the proper out of data info???

In the 44 mag I shoot 240 grainers and sometimes 300 grainers or 245 grainers.

Any help would be appreciated.
I assume the loads will not be quite the same as the H110 loads.

To the best of my knowledge, the formulation of H110/W296 has not changed significantly in the last 20 years, if ever, although max load/pressure for the 44RM certainly has. So, to answer your question: The load recipe to follow is one from a fairly recent book. Just remember that the starting charge is as low as you should go with H110...any less and you might run into squib loads.

i agree, H110 & W296 have always been the same. just stay with published data and you'll be fine.
