Great read, but if I remember correctly, that most if not all the cities backtracked on this and stopped this process now all guns are either distroyed or bought back buy Manufactors for resale. I think it was when one from New Orleans was used in a Homicde in Chicago? Cop Gun I do believe. The Lawyers are in it becuase they see a big pay day that's there only purpose. Not one of them is working Pro bono!!!
