I need some help! I bought a break open H&R model 64OKA .22 WMR and it has three drilled holes on top of the receiver. It has no rail to mount a scope or red dot scope. I am trying to do this on the cheap cause I am retired disabled and have a fixed income. What would be the cheapest way out for me and where would I get the mounting rail and a Tasco scope or a red dot scope for less than $50. I know it's not much but I will only be plinking at about 100 yards with it, sort of a novelty for me cause most of my rifles are WW2 vintage and are open sights.

Weaver bases, either 2-piece or single should be available to fit your rifle. They are the cheapest base you can get. There's lots of low cost Weaver style rings that will fit these bases. Most red dots come with rings on them, ready for the Weaver bases. A scope that will meet your cost limit after buying bases and rings will be a very cheap scope, but should stand up to the .22WMR.
