Howdy Folks,

I just wanted to say hello as a new member. I have been hanging around your great site for quite some time, but just now got around to signing up. This is one of the most informative sites I have ever seen. Great job of setting up a super site.

I feel an obligation to buy Beartooth bullets just to repay all the entertainment I get from this site.

By hanging around for a while, I'm sure you've gotten the gist of the board on how we try to conduct ourselves.

My 1911A1 is a Colt mfg'd in 1944. Presently have the Ceiner (?) .22 conversion kit on it for less expensive plinking. Inherited from my deceased older brother, so it has far more sentimental value than as a collector.

Welcome 1911. At the present time I do not have a 1911 45. I have owned over a dozen in different configurations over the years though.
