I can't speak specifically about the kit but I own mostly Lyman equipment for casting and it works fine. To me the Lyman 429421 is the classic Keith mold and is a great mold and should work great for your needs.

I have numerous molds for my 44 mag and 44 special. As Bigbore says, the Lyman 429421 Keith SWC is one of the best bullets for the 44 if being used in a revolver. I use the Lee 225 gr RNFP for my 1894 carbine as it seems to feed a bit better than the big SWC. The 225 gr also works well in my revolvers for lighter recoiling loads.
