Hello all,
You know how the front sight ramp on a Model 700 has one screw head exposed and the other is underneath the dovetailed sight blade? Did you know that if you remove the exposed screw and THEN knock the sight blade out of the dovetail you can break that front screw right off? Well I didn't ! (Stop laughing!!)
Anyway, that brings me to my question- how do you get a broken-off screw out of the hole? It's broken off just below the surface of the hole. The only tools I have are screwdrivers, a bastard file and a drill. Please save me the embarrassment of taking this to my gunsmith!
Thanks a million! (I'm usually not this inept- really :biggrin
