I sent a 44 mag lowwall off to a 'smith to be rechambered and rebored to 50AE.  While the barrel was in Mr. Dick Nickel's shop, he unexpectedly and unfortunally passed away.  My 'smith, after about 6 months, found someone else to do the rebore.  This gentleman did an excellent job - no tight or loose areas, and very smooth when looked into with  a borescope.  One problem- he rebored it to .510 (the usual "50" caliber) instead of the correct .500 for the 50AE.   Can my RCBS mould be "opened" slightly to cast larger?  Does anyone make a .510  that will cast a 300 to 400gr useful in a 50AE?  Will the round chamber with a .510 bullet seated?  (Speer gold dot 325 jacketed when "bumped up" with max loads of H-110 stablize out to 100yds- so I can at least use the barrel.  My .501 Rcbs 350gr cast are end over end at 25. <!--emo&:(--><img src="http://beartoothbullets.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('><!--endemo--> )  Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for the replys guys.  I know a .510 won't chamber - I opened up a case to see.  I don't know if a lowwall will chamber  a round with the rim size of a 50-70 (or a 500 Limbaugh). Doubt it really.  I may have to give up on the idea of cast bullets and settle for the jacketed Speer(and 3-4" groups)  or spring for a rebarrel.
