I recommend one of two things. I you want to go with leather, contact Freedom Arms and get their holster for scoped revolvers.
If you are handy with sewing, you can get an Uncle Mike's #4 holster. Cut the top enough for to clear the scope base and sew a leather cover on the holster to protect your scope. I did this for my Stalker years ago and it works very well. Not pretty, but very effective.
