They're made for "fireforming" cases without actually fireforming them. I don't have a need for them, but I thought some of you guys would have some thoughts on them or want to try them out.

I had read Rocky Gibbs article on it for his wildcats.

With the new ones do you smack it with a hammer like Rocky's did????

Wow, had no idea. Might order one for my 35 Whelen AI, because the case under the extractor is loose enough that I have a tough time slipping my to-be-fireformed case under the extractor and keeping it there while I put the bolt back in and aligning the case so it'll go into battery. A real PITB.
