I picked up a 30-30 model 94 SRC from a pawn shop in AZ. this week, I dont have a pic yet but here is what it looks like, Case hardened reciever that has engraving around all the screws on both sides, simple but very sharp, birch stock and a brass saddle ring with a serial #2963XXX so I think its a 1966-67 I would put it at a 9 1/2 on a 10 scale for condition. Any ideas about the scroll?

The Winchester Model 94 Antique Carbine was chambered only in .30-30, and made from 1964 thru 1983.

Wow, that`s the one, just like it as far as I can tell it was made in 1966, thanks for the pictures!
