Does anyone have any experiance with the Meade 20-60X60 spotting scope. They are about$70. I also see Barska, and Simmonds for around that price too. All i want one for is to sight in my rifles at 100-200 yds.

Any of those will work for your stated purpose.

I wouldn't spend all day out scoping the country for game with one, though. Will give you one of the world's biggest headaches in just a short while.

I have an inexpensive one for sighting in, and it works great. I don't even remember what brand it is, but I bought it on sale for around $50-$60 a couple years ago. I only use it at the range.

Look up Meade instruments on line, you will find that the scopes are made here, not off shore.

And telescopes is their main stock and trade.
