SKB would have been my first choice. I doubt that finding one will be either a short term or easy task, they are not really a "part" but more of a component of an assembly.

If you are replacing the one in that forearm then just remove that one. The extension is more to keep it from spinning than anything else. A replacement without the extension could easily be made, the engraving could be replicated very little trouble.

That forearm looks fixable if that is your project. The break looks clean and there is enough meat in the way of wood to add reinforcement.

Yes sir my goal is to repair it for the owner. The new replacement is circular with splines. I’m going to search around before I break down and make one.
