Hi,guys im new to this forum just wanted to let u know i got some lake city brass dated 05 & 06 308cal very nice indeed this brass weight is same as Lapua within tolerance is very hard to find here in Australia and managed to source it through a great friend i only have 150cases at this stage will be treating it like gold scored 100.12 with it this weekend in Target Rifle .

Welcome to the forum. The main rules are to join in, have fun, and be polite.

I am much surprised by your weight finding. I have a lot of Lake City, including new, never-loaded LC Match brass, and the Match and Ball brass alike all run in the the 179 to 181 grain weight range. But it's all older than your's (96 and earlier). The Lapua I bought on sale a couple of years back was all about 171 grains.

What weights are you coming up with?
