Yes - http://www.midwayusa.com/viewProduct/?productNumber=347040
It is a decent press and if you work with it - it will work for you. There are issues with primer feeding and other issues that can be resolved. There is a thread I will try and link for you regarding fixes for the LeePrecision Pro 1000. If you get one - it is a great deal and will crank out the ammunition regardless of what anyone says. Read owner reviews. I would get one for $159.00.

I think you can buy one without dies or shell plate but all the ones I've owned I bought as a kit completely set up for one caliber. You can still change dies, shell plates and switch primer feeds for different calibers though. Here's a link to their .223 kit: http://www.midwayusa.com/viewproduct/?productnumber=347040

If you get one remember to only feed one case at a time into the shellplate until you have things adjusted to your liking. I would recommend completing several rounds with this one-at-a-time approach before using the case feeder tubes. It's much, much easier to adjust or diagnose things with only one case on the shellplate.

Also you'll want the "Case Collator". Its cheap and a must have add-on.
