Well

You have a great site with lots of good info. But I can't seem to find info on how to adjust my Older, Tang Safety Ruger M77 SCREW ADJUSTABLE trigger.

I counted about 5 or 6 posting of this question and all answered it like it was a Mk II or said to go to the top of the page to the 3rd note at the top to find this info.

I looked and that would be "GunNuts.com". I clicked it. Not sure where to go then so I Clicked RIFLES. Waited and waited and finally a long list of AirLine Flight info.

So I and others are still needing info on this trigger adjustment.

If anyone have this info or a link to this info, I would really appreciate it.

Great site ;)

The weight of pull adjustment screw is visible with the stock in place and is on the bottom of the trigger. The engagement adjustment screw is on the back of the trigger and is exposed with the stock removed. The over travel adjustment screw is on the front of the trigger and also exposed with the stock removed.

You should know what you’re doing before messing with the adjustment screws. At the very least, record how much adjustment and in which direction you use so you can put them back where they started.

Check out this thread for some basic theory.
