Magna Port & Lead

Marshall, I have a Ruger Super B.H., with 7 1/2" bbl., that I had Magna Ported, years ago.  Today, on another site, I read where one should not shoot lead bullets through "ported" revolver barrel. He didn't say why.

Wonder what's your opinion. Thanks. L.W.

As you can tell by the posts you won't have any problems shooting lead from your MagnaPorted SBH!   All you might have to deal with is a little lead wash on the front sight, nothing more!   Accuracy should be excellent, especially with gas checked bullets.

Enjoy the benefits of your porting, and don't worry about the lead pills... they go very nicely together!

God Bless,

Marshall
