What is the going rate on these? I have one in 99% condition. It is very nice, but a safe queen. Considering selling it to someone who will use it. Not sure yet. Thanks........

I'm not claiming this to be any kind of true "value" or anything, but here's a NIB one for sale, along with the very similar Marlin .375. I happen to own both the .356 and .375 myself and think they are both great rifles (I maybe like the lack of the CB safety on the .375 a tad more) I'm pretty sure you'd garner a lot of responses if you listed it for a decent price. Mind if I ask why you don't use yours?

There are a couple of Win M94BB .356s listed on G.A. as well. They are, of course, much more common. They are listed $750-$850

Mike, I may have lost some posts. Thinkin' I did post some in the psat. Not sure. Anyway, the reason I asked, is because I can't find any in any of the sites you offered, plus any where else. Gun values are discussed on other gun boards all the time. No big deal. Anyways, thanks......

Thanks, I saw those already. Hard to find any 356s for sale to judge by. I don't use mine because I just sold 2 Marlins and still have a dozen other lever guns in cartridges including 30-30, 300 Savage, 308 Win, 35 Rem, 348 Win, 444, 45-70.........

I thought there was a way to query past sales for some of the auctions? Thought member Ranch Dog was doing that, but he may have been tracking them as they sold.

Anyway, sorry for the generic answer, we get a lot of "how much is it worth" posts and of course without seeing the gun, it's about like giving a haircut over the phone.

Well, I also have levers in .308ME, .308 Win, .358 Win, .375 Win, .444 Marlin, 45-70, and 450 Marlin and still like to use mine..lol. Just playin' with ya. It's a great gun, and if you are not going to use it, I say, H*LL YEAH, sell it to someone who will!!

I have a Marlin 336ER in .356 Winchester in 95-96%, no box or papers, but am considering upgrading to one in better condition with box and papers.
