A while back I posted a message that I had purchased a new Marlin 1894S. Upon receiving it I noticed the magazine tube was slightly dented on the end. Some people thought I should never have accepted it but seeing how I waited until I could afford one(1st lever gun),I took it home.I called the company and spoke with one of there customer service reps who treated me very unprofessionally. (left a bad taste in my mouth) Then I fired off a letter to the company stating my complaint. Three weeks later I received a brand new magazine tube at no charge to me. My first time experience with Marlin isn't so bad after all.
