I don't know what the rules are here but there is a vast amount of information about loading
big cast bullets (all bullets actually) at the Marlin Owners forum 444 sub forum.
Just reading the 10 years of posts will keep you out of trouble for quite some time.
I have printed several that include recipes tested extensively and used for hunting.
Many of those use BT bullets, the 290 being a favorite.
