LEt us know how you handled a chuck that large... it's not easy.
Never had a single ingot that larger. Did have a friend drop off one , roughly rectangular, that went 175-200 pounds. Luckly, it was pretty soft lead... but it was real work axing off chunks of it small enough to handle.
That's the kind of thing your 200 kilowatt induction furnace is for. Dangle the lead off your beam crane in the middle of the coil and catch the drippings underneath.
It went easy, drop it in a mold 2'x4'x 2' 1" pipe with air and gas mix and melt away. Less then 2hours.You should see the hog burner I use 11/2" pipe with air and gas mixer.
