Missouri is in a unique position in that what ever the voters of the state want will not happen unless St Lousi and Kansas Sity want it. The voters in the state approved the right to carry in a general election EXCEPT for St Lousi and Kansas Sity. They said no and therefore we do not have nor will we have a right to carry carry law.
