It sounds as though you are getting some decent uniformity with the lighter loads of H110, but I would also suggest using some AA #9 in your load workups.
AA#9 doesn't need the top-end pressure to thrive and reach it's efficiency curve. Hence, you might even find a better load using this powder at the lower pressure levels that you want to run through those Smiths.
