Need Heaviest Jacketed subsonic .357
800 to 900 feet per second ?
180 grain, to 200 grain.
Full metal jacket, not round nose.
Or at least semi jacketed long flat nose, or soft nose.

I don't know if anybody makes factory ammo with heavy bullets going that slow. It's getting down into the range where reloading manuals start warning about stuck bullets in some guns. Heavy for caliber, jacketed bullets going slow would be at a high risk for this. Most modern reloading manuals won't show reloading data for a 38 special with a jacketed bullet over 158gr for that and other reasons.

You can get around this with lighter jacketed bullets or by going with cast bullets though you'll still have trouble finding light loads over 158gr.

My guess (and it is a guess) is the closest you'll come to your needs is a 38 Special loaded with 158gr jacketed bullets. Good luck in your hunt.
