Does anybody have a Harris Bipod mounted on a Pre 64 Winchester Model 70. I have a 1952 in 270 that I want to put a Harris on. Can't quite figure out what I need. The stock has the factory fore end sling swivel stud with the intregal loop for the sling. Do I need some kind of adapter? Thanks for your help!

You'll need to replace your front sling swivel with a detachable swivel stud.

I'm glad you found what you're looking for and I hope it works well for you, but I've just gotta ask...

Why on EARTH would you attach something so "modern" to one of the most beautiful, graceful rifles ever designed? It just doesn't seem right, somehow.
