I have just received a box of .430" 320gr WFN PB from Cast Performance.  I have a 6" .44 Colt Anaconda that is hungry for them.  Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the Colt, does anyone have any good data?

I'd talk to the people who supplied the bullets, that should be your best source of data.

Worked up some loads over Thankgiving.
CCI 350 LP MAG primers, Starline brass 5 shot avg.

19.0 H110 320 WFN - 1134fps/ 43sd
20.0 H110 320 WFN - 1220fps/ 28sd
21.0 H110 320 WFN - 1256fps/ 21sd

No signs of overpressure, 21gr load put 5 shot into less than 3" @50yds from a rest!
