This new UnConstitutional BS affects more than just AR pistols. Criteria and scoring tables on Pages 31-32. Pretty much all AR's with braces are going to be scored as SBR's. In certain cases, your could have an AR pistol without a brace and it could still be scored as an SBR. Total illegal BS.

Fair warning.
If this REMOTELY goes into general political attacks, it's gone.

Honestly.... this whole 'brace' thing should have been something people had a little more common sense about from the beginning. If it can be arbitrarily granted as case law through a govt agency .... it can be arbitrarily taken away by the same, without legislative or judicial oversight either way.

Could see this coming from a mile away as the political winds inevitably shift over time.

Hopefully it will NOT become anything political, and it was sorta gracious to let it go, at least until,,,,,,,,,well, you know what!
Seems to me that it becomes an SBR, once the brace is extended, but from what I've recently received from ATF news, they've dropped the issue all together. Besides, what's wrong with a short barreled rifle, and how was it decided 16-inches should be the limit?
