Does anyone have any knowledge on getting a replacement bolt made for a weatherby mark 5? Costs, time and etc.

Numrich lists the MKV bolt for $71.50 but are sold out. Realistically I would not expect them to have such things any time soon. That leaves Weatherby as a source for your bolt. No idea of the cost, but it will for sure be more than $71.50. However, sending it back to Weatherby would be the best option regardless of price, because it would be factory fitted and factory warranted when you get it back from them.

I doubt Weatherby will sell a bolt to a consumer due to headspace and liability. You could send the gun to them,as far as price I would expect to spend $300.00+, but they are probably your only choice.
