I've never shot an elk with a 7mm 150gr bullet and I'm not a big fan of the partitions. Right now I'm using a 7mm 160gr Accubond as my elk bullet and the only Scirocco I've shot was in a 300RUM.

I just never got the accuracy with the partition in my rifles to use them as a hunting bullet compare to some of the others I've used. My gunsmith has used Scirocco's in his 300Wby on elk and he likes them.
