It will not do any good but NRA said no to Kagan's nomination. After Sotomayor testified she believed in the Second Amendment and then voted to uphold Chigago Gun Ban (No surprise as she voted to uphold D.C. gun ban as an Appellate Justice) we can count on Kagan voting against the Second Amendment and the RTKBA. In light of the recent "Do you miss me yet?" photos of Bush I have to say that, regardless of one's opinion of Bush, he appointed some awesome Supreme Court Justices. We are just one vote/Justice away from the death of the second Amendment.
