The business card tip is a good one, yet an unscrupulous game stealer might know about it and simply remove your card.  A better bet is to cut out the animal's tongue and keep it in a small ziplock bag.  (Everyone carries these in their packs, don't they?)  When you are making your claim to the game warden, open the animals mouth and ask the game stealer where the tongue is....

I think that's a good idea! My problem was when mine was stolen, the only thing the game , and police found was the rack. Well I lost that one, But I will use this idea in the future. Also though of putting name tag inside leg in baggie. Reciently I just take to butcher the day I get it..Elliot
