you'll find taking your M-94 down for cleaning easy and fast, once you get the hang of it. You need to visit your local library and look for the DBI book on firearms disassembly. It will help a lot. If your library does not have it surf around on this internet gizmo. there are several sites with disassembly instructions for the M-94. One by a woman named Laura or Laura Lee.... I'll look around for it and post a link if I find it.
The M-94 is "rock" simple, (which makes the Marlin "dirt" simple?). The big thing to remember is to use a good screw driver that fits the screw heads. If you tear up a screw head replace it! If a screw will not come out easily heat your reciever with a hair dryer. It helps the first time. If you get stuck send me an e-mail and we'll talk about it!
