Im fixing a rifle that is missing two parts. The firing pin, and the finger lever pin. A previous owner installed a side mount scope base and somehow must have let the Finger Lever pin get lost by not properly tightening the lever pin's replacement screw, which came with the base. I did an internet search for the parts, but the ones I find are either aftermarket or for pre 64 rifles. I know the firing pin in pre 64's has a retaining pin where the later modles do not, but dont know of any other differences myself. Will the pre 64 parts work in the post 64 rifle? What kind of fitting will need to be done, if any to the parts to get them to work? I came up with these 3 places for parts in my little search:

1) http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/cid=0/k=Modle+94+firing+pin/t=P/ksubmit=y/Products/All/search=Modle_94_firing_pin

2) http://www.gun-parts.com/winchesterrifle/

Post 64 parts are readily available, so i'd suggest using the correct pieces even though some are interchangeable. We have hundreds of parts ourselves as well as other gunsmiths. i don't recall though that the post 64 uses a retaining screw for the finger lever pin.....
