I have on of these someone gave me years ago. Bare.

Was going to toss it in the trash.... Is it junk ? Parts ? Has a 10 shell plate

Thought id ask before I toss it . Moving and throwing stuff away

eBay has crazy high prices on just about any loading equipment right now. If I were you and not needing it, I would sure think about listing it there for a fair start price and maybe include a "Buy Now" option.

I'm sure someone may have a use for it. If the alternative is in the trash, I would post a "Free to good home" in the Trading Post.
Or was JW suggested, try Fleabay if you're into that scene.
