Does anyone know how I can get my hands on a rear sight for a vintage 1980 Ruger Mini 14?
I bought it for a great price, but the rear sight assembly is missing. I contacted Ruger parts and they don't have any in stock and didn't seem likely they ever will.
The action, barrel and stock are in great condition. I wanna shoot this baby and don't want to use a scope. Can any body please help???

Ruger Mini-14 rear sight assembly

You can try Numrich Arms. They used to be in West Hurley, NY. I'm sure you can google them to get their current contact info, and go to their sight and view the schematic for the Mini-14 and order what you need. I have gotten parts for old gunwebs from them several times, and they are very good. Hope this helps.
