I have a 22 Colt Auto with a Elliason Sight leaf pin that I can't seem to stop from vibrating out. It is a press fit and I have tried Permatex green and super glue. These both hold for awhile but after a couple hundred shots out it comes. Any suggestions short of welding? Thanks

Is there enough of the pin protruding that you can peen it in place? If not, you can center stake the pin with a center punch to swell the pin at both ends.

Finagle yourself a way to put a very, very slight bend in the pin.
