My Ruger Redhawk arrived back from the Ruger repair center today. They replaced the cylinder, barrel and installed new sights. (assume because of the barrel) The service dept. said it would have been a quicker turn around but they had to wait for a new barrel (4.2in) to be made for it as they don't keep those in stock. Now I need to get out and shoot it and see how it works. I'm am impressed with Ruger's customer service.

I have experienced very good customer service from Ruger in the past, glad to know they still do

I have been please with Ruger customer service and I'm expecting you now have one fine hangun.
