Hornady loading manual has info on both cartridges.  You can also find a loading manual for the Contender.

There is good data in both the Accurate Arms and Hodgdon manuals as well.
I have a 14" 6.5 TCU, so here is my personal favorite:
129 Hornady SP, 24.5 grs. AA 2460, Remington .222 Mag cases, Federal 205 Match primers.
